Crate training at night

My puggle is 3 months old I feed him at 4 pm and then take his water away at 6pm I then take him out before I go to bed at 11pm I put him in his crate and he cries around 2am or 3am I dont think he needs to go out he just wants attention then he will get quiet and then around 5:30 6:00 am he starts again. If I get him at 6am he goes out side and pees. Help me if I let him out at 11:00 am should he have to go out again in the middle of the night.
