Rosco the hyper Puggle HELP......

I have a 15 week old Puggle names, "Rosco" he is extremely hyper. I can take this dog for a 2 mile walk and when we get home he is still running circles in the backyard. Will he ever calm down. This is our first Puggle. The house training: he is crate trained at night although every night he pees in his crate. Why I have no idea. I take him out before I go to bed about 10 and he has no water after about 8pm. I have asked trainers for advice and they say he should be grown out of that. Obedience traing: He is so hyper that when I try to work with him he can't even calm down to listen. Oh, and he happy pees every time he comes into the house and everytime I try working with him. Its really embarrising when our friends greet him and he pees on their feet. I see no end in sight. I'm tired of cleaning pee out of his crate every morning, the jumping, and the extreme energy is really tiring. Any help would be great. He is just the cutest dog but he is running circles around me.
